Eligible Disney Retirees must obtain a reservation for theme park entry in advance*. Even after park capacities return to normal, reservations, if available, may be very limited and admissions under other ticket or pass types may be prioritized.
To enter a theme park with your complimentary admission type, both a park reservation* for the particular theme park and day are required (except for Disneyland® Paris where one single reservation is valid for both Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park). The complimentary admission type that was used to make the theme park reservation must be used for park entry. Theme park reservations and admission are not guaranteed.
Though complimentary admission opportunities will be extremely limited, U.S.-based Retirees can log in to Disney Retiree Welcome > Disney Theme Park Reservations for the information that you will need to know to plan a visit.
At Disneyland® Resort: For theme park updates and important information to know before you visit the Disneyland® Resort – including the latest information on required face coverings, please visit the Disneyland® Resort website.
At Walt Disney World® Resort: Face coverings are optional for Guests in both outdoor and indoor locations, as well as Disney transportation.
If you wish to visit a Disney Theme Park on a block-out date or add extra Guests to your group when using your Main Entrance Pass, or if you simply want to gift a day in the parks to friends, family or a charitable organization, use annually-issued Complimentary Tickets.
