How to enjoy a 35% discount on theme parks merchandise

  • Show your valid Company-issued ID (or for your spouse/domestic partner, their Spouse/Domestic Partner Pass and government-issued ID) at the time of purchase.
  • To shop inside Disney Theme Parks, appropriate admission media is required. Disney Retirees may also use the Disney Store app to make purchases online.

Know before you go

  • Eligible Retirees receive a complimentary theme park merchandise discount at all participating U.S.-based Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and Disney Cruise Line® shipboard merchandise locations that are owned and operated by Disney Parks, Experiences and Products.
  • Eligible Retirees and their spouses/domestic partners may purchase merchandise at a discount by presenting their Company-issued ID or Spouse/Domestic Partner Pass and government-issued ID at the time of purchase.
  • The discount may be used for purchases by eligible Retirees, and their spouses/domestic partners only.
  • Merchandise discounts do not apply to admission tickets.
  • Discounts on merchandise generally are as follows: Eligible Retirees receive a 35% discount.
  • Retiree merchandise discounts are limited to $8,000 annually. This limit applies to the total discount amount received, and does not apply to resort reservations, theme park tickets, or purchases made at food and beverage locations. This applies to all Retirees, regardless of the discount they receive.
  • Discount privileges may not be used to purchase merchandise with the intent to resell the merchandise, or to exchange or trade the merchandise for something of value.
  • Abuse of the discount privilege may result in the loss of privileges.
  • Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Finance Department and Workforce Solutions Department administer this policy.
