Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are theme park reservations?

A: New theme park reservation systems are being introduced to help manage our park attendance, and given the significant capacity challenges we will face, employee/retiree complimentary admission privileges are being updated to align with our reduced theme park capacity. As we look at our quickest path to business recovery, we will be prioritizing theme park reservations for our Guests, which means it may be difficult to use complimentary admission while we manage Guest demand with our reduced capacities. Though complimentary admission opportunities will be extremely limited, click here for the information that you will need to know to plan a visit.
